A yoga practice designed specifically for runners, focusing on mobility, strength, balance and body awareness. Learn how yoga can complement your running and support recovery.

10:00–11:00 — Prana Run

An introduction to breath-led running. Explore nasal breathing, relaxed effort and breath awareness while discovering how your breath can become your guide during a run.

14:00–16:00 — Yoga for Runners Workshop: Breathe, Move, Run

A practical workshop exploring the relationship between breath, movement and running.

  • The Breath–Run Connection — understand how breathing influences pace, effort and running efficiency.
  • Nasal Breathing for Runners — discover the benefits of breathing through the nose and learn how to gradually introduce it into your runs.

With over 25 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, anatomy and movement education, Yuko Harmegnies has developed the Talaria Method to bridge the wisdom of yoga with the science of breathing and human performance. Her approach combines traditional yoga philosophy with modern understanding of functional movement, fascia and nervous system regulation, helping people move more efficiently, breathe more freely and improve their quality of life.
