Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Yoga Mala website.

The website is intended to present the Yoga Mala studio, its activities, its teachers, the classes offered, and the events and trainings organised at the studio.

2. Classes and teachers

Yoga Mala hosts different teachers and practitioners offering their own classes and activities.

The teachers presented on the website operate independently. They are responsible for their services, their organisation, and the terms under which they are offered.

Schedules, prices, booking procedures, and cancellation conditions may therefore vary from teacher to teacher.

Information about each class is provided for information purposes only and may change.

3. Class bookings

Booking procedures are specific to each teacher.

When a class is offered by an independent teacher, the website may redirect the user to the teacher’s email address so that they can make their booking request directly.

The booking is then managed directly between the participant and the teacher concerned.

Yoga Mala is not involved in the management of bookings, payments, or cancellations for classes offered by independent teachers, unless otherwise stated.

4. Prices and payment

Each independent teacher is free to set the prices for their classes and the payment terms applicable to their services.

Prices and applicable conditions are communicated directly by the teacher concerned.

Yoga Mala does not directly collect payments for classes offered by independent teachers.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions are defined by each teacher for the classes they offer.

For any questions about a booking, cancellation, or refund, the participant must contact the teacher directly.

6. Teacher responsibility

Each teacher is responsible for the service they offer, its content, its conduct, and the booking and payment terms that apply to them.

Participants are invited to inform their teacher of any relevant information that may affect their practice and to follow the instructions given during classes.

Yoga and physical activities should be adapted to each participant’s abilities and physical condition.

7. Information on the website

Yoga Mala strives to keep the information on the website up to date.

However, schedules, prices, availability, teachers, events, and content may be changed without notice.

Information published on the website is provided for information purposes only and does not necessarily constitute a contractual commitment by Yoga Mala.

8. Intellectual property

All elements on the Yoga Mala website, including text, photographs, logos, graphic elements, videos, and visual content, are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or use of these elements, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.

9. Links to third-party sites

The website may contain links to external websites, social networks, or third-party services.

These links are provided to make it easier to access certain information or to contact teachers directly.

Yoga Mala cannot be held responsible for the content, operation, or practices of these third-party sites or services.

10. Changes to these terms

Yoga Mala reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time to adapt them to changes in the website, its activities, or applicable regulations.

The version published on the website is the one in force at the time of consultation.

11. Governing law

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of any difficulty or dispute, the parties are invited to seek an amicable solution in the first instance.
